PEOPLE

Human systems

I studied social and work psychology with a focus on HR management, then worked in recruitment: communicating with candidates, conducting interviews and making technical role requirements easier to understand.

PRECISION

Eight years, a different kind of detail.

As a laser module technician in the entertainment and art industry, I worked with fine optics, assembly, testing, calibration and troubleshooting. It taught me to be patient, methodical and careful about what “good enough” means.

PRACTICE

Bringing the perspectives together.

Now I’m exploring AI-assisted workflows, research and output evaluation. I’m interested in where technology helps—and where a person still needs to ask better questions, check the details and make the call.
